Head Massage is a non-intrusive massage performed on the head, neck, shoulders and upper back of the clothed body. It is wonderfully relaxing, as the neck and shoulders are where a lot of tensions are held. Many people in today's fast moving world suffer from stress, and a simple way to relax the upper body is Head Massage. The massage takes forty minutes to one hour and is a pleasant experience, of quiet one to one therapy seated on a chair or stool. Come and try it with an open mind and leave refreshed and ready to face the world again!

Any Head Massage is performed on the clothed body, but would be made easier if a plain round-necked top is worn. Spectacles, contact lenses, earrings and neck jewellery should also be removed. The down side (if there is one) is that it does nothing for the hairstyle, so please don't come wearing hair gel or spray!
